Which Wire is Ground on Custer 4-LED Strobe Light STRL4R
Question:
Hi I an going to wire strobe lights on a tractor my lights came with 3 wires red white and black I presumed the black was ground but from the last person u replied to am my to presume white is the ground wire ?

Wire colors on lights, and on vehicles and trailers too, can vary but most often white wires are ground. This is the case for the Custer light # STRL4R that you referenced. The black wire is for running lights and the red wire is for strobe as shown in the linked video.
It is easy enough to find out by testing your lights with a 12V battery. Since nothing will work without a ground you can start by presuming your white wire is ground and then connecting each of the others, red and black, one at a time. If the white wire is ground then each of the others, when connected to the battery positive terminal one at a time, should activate a different function on the lights.
