The best option to lift your 2014 Winnebago Minnie 1801FB you is not technically a lift kit, but what is called an over/under conversion kit, which moves your trailer's leaf springs to the top of your axle and lifts your trailer approximately the same amount as your axle's diameter plus the height of the leaf spring pack (please keep in mind this conversion kit is for use with double-eye springs only).
According to my research your Minnie has a pair of 3,500 lb axles, which are likely 2-3/8" round axles (though I do recommend verifying this information). For those axles you would need the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00.
If your Minnie has torsion axles or the springs are already mounted on top let me know and I can go over some other options for you.
