I recommend the Adco Ultra Tyre Gard tire covers, part # 290-3973 in black or # 290-3953 in white. Your 205/75-15 size tire is just over 27 inches in diameter so these will fit nicely.
These will do a great job protecting your tires from the elements and they install easily by just slipping over the tires.
