Question:
Will this carrier fit onto back of our Fleetwood Flair RV motorhome with spare tire mounted already on the back? We have a 2” trailer receiver and hitch assembly.

For use on the back of a Class A motorhome like your Fleetwood Flair you will want a scooter carrier that is made of steel like theUltra-Fab, part # UF48-979033, which has a 500-lb weight rating and it includes a loading ramp.
Since this carrier weighs about 50-lbs you will want to ensure the combined weight of the carrier and scooter is within the capacity of your RV hitch. The hitch should have a sticker that indicates its tongue weight (TW) capacity. Also take care to load the scooter so that its weight is evenly distributed.
As for the fit at your spare tire you can refer to the linked article that illustrates how to measure clearance around rear-mounted items like a spare tire.
