I do have a hitch that will fit your 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe, but the hitch you selected, Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24796, will not fit as it is designed for the Sedan model of the Altima.

For your Altima Coupe, you will need the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C11357, which is also a Class I 1-1/4 inch hitch.

If you will be using your hitch for a bike rack or other accessory, you will be limited to those only compatible with Class I hitches.
