Hi I have a 2014 Ford f150 and Im looking for a hitch winch mount for a badland 12k rated winch.

We offer several hitch-type winch mounts that fit a 2-inch hitch. These include the Curt # C31010 with optional handles # C31005, and the Bulldog # BDW20011 among others. All are shown on the linked page.
Most winches will bolt right up to these mounts since they use industry-standard mounting hole spacing but it is possible that a certain winch might require you to use a drill to enlarge a hole or possibly to drill an additional one.
