Do you offer a cover for a very popular single axle tow-behind known as a Car Dolly? Dimensions are: - from the tongue to the wheel pivot base = 5 - outside of tire fender to outside of tire fender = 8 - height from ground to top of fenders = 16

We don't carry a cover for a tow dolly specifically. We do carry storage covers for pop-up campers and that is probably the best option for what you are seeking. I recommend the Camco UltraGuard Pop-Up Camper Cover - 6'-8' Long # CAM45760 that will give you tough interlocking seams, a vented design to reduce moisture, and integrated straps to hold the cover in order to prevent flapping.
