Trailer Tire Replacement for Size G78-14

Hi. I have to replace my very old G78-14 tires on the McGregor boat trailer. Would ST215/75R14 C/6PR 102/98L- JOYROAD ST100 Trailer Radial Tires be compatible? Thanks

According to our resident tire expert, the metric equivalent of a G78-14 Alpha Numeric tire is a 205/75-14 tire like the Westlake ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # 274-000012. This tire has a speed rating of 75 mph and comes with a 2 year roadside assistance program.
