im ready to buy but have one nagging question how do i find out if my 2015 Equinox has the tow package

If your 2015 Chevrolet Equinox has a factory tow package, there should be a trailer connector at the rear of the vehicle, behind the rear bumper. The connector could also be inside a black box that is mounted under the vehicle. If this is present, then your Equinox almost definitely has a factory tow package.
Another way to be sure is to simply take your VIN number to a local Chevrolet dealer and they will be able to tell you exactly what was installed in the factory for your vehicle.
