If you do have need to lift the trailer we offer over-under kits for both 2-3/8-inch and 3-inch diameter axles. Kit # K71-384-00 fits 2-3/8-inch axles and kit # K71-385-00 fits 3-inch axles. Each kit will give about the same lift as the axle diameter.

Lifting a trailer by installing an axle over-under kit can gain you ground clearance but raising the trailer also raises its center of gravity. The higher the trailer's CoG the more likely it will be to suffer from sway, and not just the kind of sway caused by passing truck and wind gusts. The trailer's higher weight center will naturally cause it to have more movement up top. For a low-sitting pop-up camper you should be okay though.

What Dexter Over-Under Conversion kit will fit my 2007 Fleetwood Yuma pop-up? Does brake wiring need to be extended when this is installed?

I'm not sure what diameter axle your Fleetwood Yuma is equipped with so you'll just need to measure to be sure. You may also be able to contact Fleetwood directly with your VIN and they should be able to tell you this. You may need some extra wiring once the kit is installed, but this depends a bit on how much slack you currently have. If you need some more length you can use # 10-1-1.
