Best Lightweight Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for 2 Bikes
Question:
I just got a Lexus RX 350 - it has a 2inch hitch. I want a bike rack for two bikes that I can lift onto the tray. Which one is best? I am a female and I would prefer a lighter weight rack but if the Kuat 2.0 is better, say so. I see where Thules T2 has won out over the Kuat 2.0 but I had a strap-on Thule and it rusted terribly after only a few months… And not keeping it on continuously either.

For what you are looking for I would recommend the Saris Superclamp part # SA4025F. It's a platform style bike rack that will fit your 2 inch hitch, it's super lightweight for a platform rack at 35 lbs, and it will only contact your bikes by grabbing them at the tires.
