How Many Watts Does 12 Volt Heater PTW5009 Draw and is it Ceramic

How many watts and is it ceramic ?

Heater # PTW5009 draws 13 amps at 12 volts which equals out to about 156 watts. I did a little research and from what I could find it is not ceramic.
