Torque values for trailer wheels will very depending on a few factors including lug nut type, wheel stud diameter and wheel material. You can refer to the linked chart that gives you recommended torque ranges for a variety of combinations.
For the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30861 (size not listed on the chart) you will use a torque range of 75 to 90-ft-lbs.
