I checked the owner's manual for the 2007 Ford E-350 vans. There are several configurations of the cut away models.
138 inch wheelbase, 9,600 pound gross vehicle weight rating, single rear wheels:
5.4 liter motor 8,100 pound towing capacity
6.8 liter 10,000 pound towing capacity
138 inch wheelbase, dual rear wheels, 10K gross vehicle weight rating:
5.4 liter 7,900 pounds
6.8 liter 10,000 pounds
158 inch wheelbase, dual rear wheels, 10k gross vehicle weight rating:
5.4 liter 7,900 pounds
138 inch wheelbase, dual rear wheels, 10.7K GVWR:
5.4 liter 7,900 pounds
6.8 liter 10,000 pounds
158 inch wheelbase, dual rear wheels, 11.5K GVWR:
5.4 liter 7,900 pounds
6.8 liter 10,000 pounds
176 inch wheelbase, dual rear wheels, 11.5K GVWR:
5.4 liter 7,900 pounds
6.8 liter 10,000 pounds
So the minimum is 7,900 pounds and at most, depending on the model, it could be rated up to 10,000 pounds. Curt Class IV hitch # 14055 covers that range and will fit cutaway models with bolt holes space 38-5/8 inches apart on center (on the bottoms of the frame). I have linked a video showing installation for you.
I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK2216 which includes a ball mount, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a storage bag.
Because your van has an RV body on it, the wiring harnesses that fit the regular van models are not a likely fit for a cutaway model. If your model does not already have a trailer connector at the back I recommend the ZCI harness # 119250KIT. There is no splicing required to install this harness!
