I have an 08 Cadillac Escalade with a 6.2 liter my concerns on towing7500 pounds short distance but extreme high heat area.

Considering the weight of your trailer (7,500 pounds) I recommend going with a slightly larger cooler, # D13504, which will provide more cooling than a smaller model. Since transmission fluid cannot be overcooled we usually recommend going with larger coolers. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
