You will want to be sure to use a special trailer (ST) tire for your spare on your 1965 Kit Companion camper trailer. Its important that the tires on the trailer match each other in size and load range. Trailer tires are made specially to withstand the vertical load from a trailer and are made differently from passenger vehicle tires. Since you need a tire and wheel you'll want to match up the wheel bolt pattern to your hubs to ensure they fit together. I have linked an article to help you determine your bolt pattern.

I have linked our main page for wheel/tire combinations in a 14-inch radial load range C with a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern. These are offered in aluminum, steel and galvanized steel.

Please note that we do not have 185R14C size tires. In a 14-inch radial trailer tire we have 205/75 and 215/75 tires, such as # AM10235 and # TTWTR21514. Both of these sizes are wider than your 185mm tires.
