Trailer Tire Recommendation to Replace a P215/75R15
Question:
Hi, Im looking to put new tires on my trailer. The tires on there now are P215/75r/15. Im trying to decide if I should go with a ST225/75R/15 or a ST205/75R/15. My camper is only 1500 pounds so which would be the better choice? Also would you say Kenda or Taskmaster is the better brand for longevity? Thanks.

It's a smart idea to remove the P215 tires from your trailer since they weren't meant for use on a trailer. The P actually designates that it is for a passenger vehicle. Either size you are interested in would work well.
I like going with the largest tire available that will fit since you will get more capacity, more ground clearance, and a slightly smoother ride quality.
The part # AM10251 would work well for you. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
Both Kenda and Taskmaster make great tires. I wouldn't say one is more reliable than the other.
