Your 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan with Stow-N-Go Seats can be fitted with either a light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch or a heavier duty 2-inch Class III type. I suggest a heavier-duty Class III type hitch because it will give you a greater safety margin and also be more widely compatible with a whole range of accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. The hitch I suggest is the Curt # 13364. It includes all required installation hardware and the install process is shown in the linked video.

You will also need a wiring harness to operate your trailer's lights. I suggest Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118552 since it offers simpler plug-in installation. A video is included for this item as well.
